VinoEnology published the announcement of the WIV’s adoption of the Pepperi mobile sales suite for the world’s leading wine distribution company’s sales force of more than 600 sales reps.

Steffen Hauger, Director of CRM for WIV Wein International AG explained the benefits “Switching from a tedious paper-based order taking system to Pepperi has brought us incredible new sales efficiencies. Previously, a customer ordering a wine would have to wait up to ten days for their wine to be delivered, with the majority of this time spent in order processing. Now, our reps can showcase our wines through Pepperi’s catalog display on their tablet device, place orders on the spot, and ensure immediate back-end processing via real-time integration to our SAP ERP system.”
