Integration with Citrix XenMobile Allows Brands and Wholesalers to Remotely Manage and Control Sales Team Mobile Devices and App Data

New York, New York (November 11, 2015) – Pepperi, the mobile sales suite for brands and wholesalers, today announced that it now offers integration with Mobile Application Management (MAM) provider Citrix, enabling brands and wholesalers to easily set security parameters, provide app and product updates, and to add or remove company personnel as needed. Pepperi completed a rigorous verification process to ensure compatibility with Citrix XenMobile, providing confidence in joint solution compatibility.

“Central and remote management of mobile devices is a priority for enterprises with a field sales force, especially those adopting a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policy,” said Ofer Yourvexel, CEO of Pepperi. “We are excited to have teamed up with Citrix to offer our customers an integrated mobile sales solution which can be securely distributed, configured, and patched on any mobile device.”

Pepperi developed Citrix MAM integration through its partnership with WIV Wein International AG, a B2C distributor of wines, which operates with a sales force of more than 600 reps. WIV, which employs many independent contractors to sell its wines, requires the ability to remotely control sales reps’ devices for security purposes. MAM allows WIV to prevent reps from downloading customer data to external devices, thereby protecting the company’s informational assets and ensuring customer privacy.

Integration with Citrix XenMobile allows Pepperi customers to control information accessible to each sales rep, prevent reps from capturing screen shots of their mobile apps, and, if necessary, remotely wipe off company data from devices.
