Pepperi’s Senior Support Specialist makes sure our international customers (in over 60 countries) have the best possible experience.
You will investigate issues that no one has seen before. You will script. You will query and provide solutions together with our Development, Product and Sales teams.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing users
- Partner with sales to increase renewal rate and drive adoption opportunities with new and existing customer base
- Assist with the development of learning materials such as online documentation, training sessions and webinars
- Understand and communicate application features and product information for new releases and updates
- Fluent English
- Previous experience in Technical Support, Technical Account Management or QA (1 -2 years)
- Ability to work in shifts (Morning/Evening/Night)
- Excel expertise
- Prior experience with ERP and/or CRM systems
- Additional languages
- SQL querying
